Yolo Predict allows users to submit predictions for stock prices and win prizes based on the accuracy of those predictions. Entry fees are required to participate in matches, and these fees contribute to the prize pool.
All predictions are final once submitted. Winners are determined based on the closest prediction to the actual stock price at the end of the match.
Prize distribution is automated through smart contracts. Users are responsible for claiming their prizes when they are available.
Using Yolo Predict involves financial risk. You should never spend more than you can afford to lose. We do not guarantee any returns or profits from using our platform.
Stock price predictions are speculative by nature. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
We are not responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of using our platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from market volatility, technical issues, or errors in prediction.
All content on Yolo Predict, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Yolo Predict or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Yolo Predict, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, but all provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised terms on our platform. Your continued use of Yolo Predict after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
